4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after preparation has started.
  • Refunds will only be provided in case of:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Order not delivered
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • We ensure hygienic preparation and quality ingredients.
  • Customers are advised to consume food within recommended time.
  • Amma Mess is not responsible for issues caused due to improper storage after delivery.
